One price. Every module. Priced by your revenue.
One price covers every module in CFOS. It follows your last 12 months of revenue and it's month to month. You try it free for 30 days first.
We email you when CFOS for QuickBooks opens, plus a few updates before then. Your address stays with Run On CFOS. One click unsubscribes.
30 days free, a 90-day money-back guarantee, and cancel anytime. It opens January 2027. We email you the day it opens.
What each size pays
Here's the whole price list. A company up to $3M of last 12 months revenue pays $300 a month. Every started $1M above that moves the price up one step, so the table below climbs a step at a time with no tiers to decode.
There aren't any editions or add-on packs. A company with $4M of revenue gets the same software as a company with $14M. You pay for the size of your business, not for a longer feature list.
| Your revenue, last 12 months | Per month |
|---|---|
| Up to $3M | $300 |
| Up to $4M | $450 |
| Up to $5M | $600 |
| Up to $6M | $750 |
| Up to $7M | $900 |
| Up to $8M | $1,050 |
| Up to $9M | $1,200 |
| Up to $10M | $1,350 |
| Up to $11M | $1,500 |
| Up to $12M | $1,650 |
| Up to $13M | $1,800 |
| Up to $14M | $1,950 |
| $15M and over | Quoted for your company |
Every module is included at every price, and every module we add later is too. Month to month. Your price is held while you are a customer, and the bill follows your revenue. QuickBooks Online is billed by Intuit and is separate.
Two worked examples
Say you're a hypothetical $5M electrical sub. Up to $3M is $300 a month, up to $4M is $450 and up to $5M is $600 a month. So your price is $600 a month, with every module in it.
Now take a hypothetical $10M concrete contractor. Using the same steps, up to $10M is $1,350 a month. Same software and same modules as the $5M company, and the price moved only because the company did.
The bill follows your revenue, up and down. We look at your last 12 months of revenue, so one big job doesn't set your price for the year. If the company grows into the next step, the price moves up one step. If it shrinks, it moves down.
Every module, today and later
CFOS works on top of QuickBooks Online. It reads from and writes to your QuickBooks, so your books stay where they are. Job costing by cost code, WIP with over and under billing, the 13 week cash forecast, pay apps, dailies, time, bills, bids, roles and permissions are all in the price.
Every module we add later is included too. You won't get a letter next year saying the new thing costs extra. And the price is held while you're a customer, so what you agree to now is what the next step up is built from.
- Job costing, WIP and cash forecast
- Pay apps, change orders, dailies and T&M
- Time, bills, COIs and lien waivers
- Bids, roles and permissions, Claude and ChatGPT access to your own numbers
QuickBooks Online is separate
You need QuickBooks Online, and Intuit bills you for it. That's separate from CFOS and it doesn't change with our price. CFOS works with QuickBooks Online only and can't work with QuickBooks Desktop.
If you want a person to set CFOS up for you, that's a separate service on the job costing setup page. You can also set it up yourself and be working the same week. Either way the monthly price on this page is the price.
Month to month, with a way out
You get 30 days free. After that you pay month to month, and you can cancel anytime. If you ask within 90 days, we refund what you paid, less the card fee our payment processor keeps.
The list below is the offer in short form. The guarantee page spells out what view only means. It also tells you how to ask for a refund.
- 30 days free.
- Ask within 90 days and we refund what you paid, less the card fee our payment processor keeps.
- Cancel anytime. Billing stops and your account goes view only. Your books never left QuickBooks.
- After you cancel, or if a payment fails, you can still sign in and look at everything. Nobody can add or change anything, and nothing new is pulled from QuickBooks.
- Set it up yourself, or have us do it. The done-for-you setup is on the job costing setup page.
From $15M it's quoted
From $15M of revenue the price is quoted for your company. That's because a company of that size usually has more users, more jobs and more questions about who sees what. We talk it through and give you a number in writing.
If you're over $50M, talk to us. If you're under $1M, CFOS probably isn't built for you yet. The jobs usually aren't big enough to need cost codes against a budget.
At $5M you pay $600 a month, and at $10M you pay $1,350 a month. Both are hypothetical. Both include every module.

What people ask
Is there a setup charge or a contract?
There's no contract. You pay the monthly price for your size and you can cancel anytime. If you want us to do the setup for you, that's covered on the job costing setup page.
Does the price change when I use fewer modules?
No. The price is the same whether you use one module or all of them. Turn off the parts you don't want and connect your own tools. The bill stays the same.
What happens to my price if my revenue grows?
It follows your last 12 months of revenue. Every started $1M above $3M moves you up one step on the table. The price is held while you're a customer, so what you agreed to doesn't get reworked behind your back.
Is QuickBooks Online included?
No. Intuit bills you for QuickBooks Online on its own. CFOS works on top of it and reads from and writes to it.
What do I pay at $20M?
From $15M the price is quoted for the company, so there's no table number. Tell us your size and your seats. We'll send a price in writing.
- 30 days free. 90 days to change your mind. No contract.
- Use all of it, or just the part you need
- Who CFOS is for
- Keep the tools that work. Connect the rest.
