The rules for using this site, the benchmark reference, the book and the templates. Sulphur Prairie Operations, LLC, a limited liability company, publishes it and does business as Run On CFOS.
Use it, and credit it
The reference is published under CC BY 4.0. You may copy, quote and build on it, including commercially, if you credit it. The credit to use is on the citation kit. The CFOS targets beside the industry figures are our own analysis and are published the same way.
The figures are benchmarks. They are not a prediction of what any one company will earn, and they are not accounting, tax or legal advice.
What you get, and what stays ours
CONTROL: C.F.O.S. Construction Financial Operating System and the templates that go with it are ours. Buying the book, or downloading a template, lets you use it in your own business. It does not let you resell it, republish it, or hand the files to people outside your company. Short quotations with credit are fine.
Templates are sent by email to the address you give. We may correct and improve them, and we will tell you when a copy you downloaded has changed.
Buying copies
The paperback and the Kindle edition are sold by Amazon, on Amazon's terms. Orders of ten or more copies are paid through a payment page that Stripe hosts. Write to info@runoncfos.com if something is wrong with an order and we will sort it out with you.
Reviews and ratios
A review is published only if you tick the box that says we may. You can ask us to take it down by email. If you send ratios back after using the CEO report, we use them only to improve the reference, in aggregate, with nothing that identifies a company.
What we do not promise
The site, the reference, the book and the templates are provided as they are. We work to keep them accurate and we date what we publish, but we do not promise that any of it fits your situation or has no errors, and we are not responsible for decisions made from it. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for anything connected to the site is limited to what you paid us for it, and for anything we gave you at no charge that is nothing. Nothing here limits anything the law does not allow us to limit.
Links to other sites are for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for what is on them.
A different document
Work done for a client of Sulphur Prairie Management, LLC is governed by the signed agreement for that work. If anything here differs from that agreement, the agreement controls. Nothing on this site is an offer of services.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of Arkansas. We may change them, and the date at the bottom of this page tells you when it last changed. Questions go to info@runoncfos.com. How we handle your information is on the privacy page.
