What each one does
Chapters 5 and 8 have no template
Chapter 5, software and bookkeeping alignment, and Chapter 8, standards and accountability, describe rhythms and standards. Giving you a spreadsheet for either one would suggest the work is filling it in, and it isn't. Those two chapters carry no QR code, and that's deliberate.

How many templates are there?
Six. They cover chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 of CONTROL. Chapters 5 and 8 have no template, because software and bookkeeping alignment and standards and accountability describe a cadence and a set of standards rather than a file you fill in.
I scanned the QR code in the book. What now?
The code carries the access key, so scanning it opens the template directly with nothing to type. If you type the address yourself instead, the page will ask for the key printed alongside the code.
Do I need the book to use them?
The templates assume the chapter that explains them. You can open them without it, and you'll get more out of them with it.
What format are they in?
Working spreadsheets and documents you can edit. Give an email address and you get both a download and a copy sent to you, so the file is somewhere you can find it later.
Do the templates change?
Yes, they get corrected and improved. That's the reason for capturing an email: so you hear when the copy you downloaded is no longer the current one.
