A bid CRM built for subs, tied to job cost
A bid pipeline built for subs. Track bids, GCs and follow-ups, and when you win, the job opens with the contract and budget loaded. Turn it on or connect your own CRM.
We email you when CFOS for QuickBooks opens, plus a few updates before then. Your address stays with Run On CFOS. One click unsubscribes.
30 days free, a 90-day money-back guarantee, and cancel anytime. It opens January 2027. We email you the day it opens.
Every bid in one list
A sub's pipeline looks different from a sales pipeline. You bid a lot, you win some, and you wait on GCs who don't call back. CFOS keeps each bid with its value, its bid date, your chance of winning and the GC it went to.
Follow-ups are tracked per bid, so a quote that went out two weeks ago doesn't get forgotten. Lost bids stay in the list as lost, with the value, instead of vanishing. That record is what you want in front of you when you decide what to bid next year.
A won bid becomes a job
When a bid is won, CFOS opens the job with the contract value already on it. If the estimate was imported, the budget by cost code loads too. No one retypes the numbers into QuickBooks and the job costing side.
That's the part most CRMs can't do, because they don't know what a job is. Here the bid and the job are the same record at different stages. The estimate you bid is the budget you manage to, and job cost starts on day one.
A leads form for your own site
You can put a leads form on your own website. When a GC or owner fills it in, the lead goes into the pipeline instead of an inbox no one checks. You see it next to the bids you're already tracking.
It's one form and one list. There's nothing to build, and your office manager doesn't need to copy anything over. Leads that come in the evening are there in the morning.
What it doesn't do yet
We'd rather be plain about this. Win rate by GC and by project type reporting isn't live. The pipeline keeps the value, bid date, chance of winning and lost bids, so the raw record is there, but the report that slices it by GC and project type can't be used today.
If you need that report now, your own CRM may do it, and you can connect that one to CFOS instead. We won't tell you a feature is live before it's ready. When the report is ready, this page will say so.
Already have one? Keep it
If your team already lives in a CRM, keep it and connect it. See /connect for what we need from your admin and what moves where. Most software connects in 5 business days or less, under the conditions listed there.
If you don't have one, turn on the CFOS pipeline. It's included in the one price, like every module. There's nothing extra to add to the bill.

What people ask
What does the pipeline keep for each bid?
It keeps the value, the bid date, your chance of winning and whether the bid was lost. It also keeps the GC and the follow-ups. You can see what's open and what's waiting on a call.
Can I see my win rate by GC?
Not yet. Win rate by GC and by project type reporting isn't live. The data is kept, and we'll say so on this page when the report is ready.
Do estimates become the job budget?
Yes. Estimates import as the job budget by cost code. A won bid opens the job with its contract value, so the budget and contract are there from the start.
Can I use my own CRM instead?
Yes. Connect it from the Connectors page, and what moves where is agreed in writing first. You keep the tool your team likes.
- Job costing software that runs on QuickBooks
- Keep the tools that work. Connect the rest.
- Keep your CRM. Won bids still go on the job.
- For estimators who want to see how the bid really did
- One price. Every module. Priced by your revenue.
- Use all of it, or just the part you need
