Tell us the kind of tool and what should move
Start with the kind of tool, such as a CRM, a time clock app, a payroll company, estimating software or project management software. Then tell us what should move. For example, approved hours into job costing, or a won bid into a new job.
You don't need a technical answer. If you're not sure what the tool can do, say what you retype today and we'll work out the rest. We don't promise specific tools until we've looked at the one you use. Some will be easy and some won't.
Your admin connects it
Your admin is the person who can sign into that tool and approve a link. They do it from inside the tool, so we never ask for a password. If the tool needs a plan with API access, this is when we find out. That's better learned before anyone spends a day on it.
If you're the admin, it's a few minutes. If someone else is, we'll tell you what to ask them for in plain words. Either way, you can read what we're asking for before anything is approved.
What we agree in writing
Before anything moves, we write down what moves where and in which direction. We also write down how often it moves and what happens if a record doesn't match. You approve it, and it's the same list we work from. It's short, and it's in plain words, not legal talk.
That keeps two people from remembering two different deals. It also gives you something to point to later. And if something changes, we change the written list first.
What to expect
Most software connects in 5 business days or less, counted from when the conditions on the promise page are met. If the tool's maker has to approve us, the clock starts when they approve. If there's no API, we set up a file import instead and tell you that up front.
We tell you what we're waiting on and why. If we can't do it, we tell you that too, so you aren't left hoping. You'll hear from a person, not a ticket number.
How the request starts
Use the form on this page. Until the app opens in January 2027, leaving your email with your seat and your size is how the request starts. When it opens, you'll be able to send it from inside the app.
We write back with questions if we need them. There's nothing to pay to ask. And asking doesn't commit you to anything.

What people ask
Do you guarantee my tool will connect?
No. Some tools have no documented API, and some plans don't include API access. In that case we set up a file import instead, and we tell you so up front.
Who is my admin?
It's whoever can sign into that tool and approve other software. That may be you, your office manager or your IT person. If you're not sure, ask who set the tool up.
How do I start before the app opens?
Leave your email with your seat and your size in the form. That starts the request until the app opens in January 2027. We write back from there.
