QUESTIONS

What people ask about this page

Are these real, and can I check?

Every one here was written by somebody who downloaded something from this site, posting from a signed link tied to their own address, so nobody can leave two and nobody can leave one without having been here first. Where a reviewer also posted on Amazon, theirs links straight to it, and you can read it there.

Why are there no stars on this page in Google?

Because a business isn't allowed to publish review markup about itself. Google's wording is that if the entity being reviewed controls the reviews about it, its pages are ineligible for the star feature. I could add the markup anyway, and it would earn nothing and risk a penalty, so these are published as what they are: words people gave me permission to print. Stars come from Amazon, which is why there's a link to it on this page.

Can I leave one?

If you've downloaded a template or read the book, yes, and the link comes by email a few days after. It's one screen and about a minute. If you never got it, reply to anything I've sent you and I'll send a fresh one.

JOSH LUEBKER
MASTER ELECTRICIAN · 150+ PROJECTS · $2.1B+ MANAGED

Josh Luebker ran commercial construction projects before he ran the numbers behind them, on data centers, military bases, hospitals, and high-rises. He wrote CONTROL: The Construction Financial Operating System, which is an 8 step framework for commercial subcontractors, and it publishes on October 1, 2026. He is a master electrician who moved into the office and kept the field vocabulary.

Sulphur Prairie Operations LLC maintains the benchmark reference behind these figures. Every edition is reconciled against the newest CFMA survey release before it publishes here. Where a figure changes between editions, the older edition keeps its year in the title so a citation to it stays correct.

8 Steps 60 Days

CONTROL is the full system, written for commercial subcontractors from under $1M to $100M. It publishes on October 1, 2026. 8 steps, 6 working templates, and the order they install in.
