Book a time
Two conversations, and they are not the same conversation. One is about installing the 8 steps yourself. The other is about having them installed for you. Pick whichever describes where you actually are.
The two calls
Both open in Calendly. You will be asked what you do, what your revenue looks like, and what the actual problem is, because the answers get read before the call and they are what make the hour worth what it costs.
Things that are faster than a call
A call is the right tool for a specific problem on your own figures. For everything else on this list, you can have the answer in the next two minutes without waiting for a calendar.
What owners ask before booking
Which call should I book?
The strategy call if you are installing the 8 steps yourself and want a read on which one your numbers point at. The implementation call if you would rather have it built for you. If you are not sure, book the strategy call, because it ends with an honest answer about which of the two you actually need.
What should I have ready?
Your last profit and loss, your balance sheet, and a rough sense of what your revenue looks like over the last twelve months. Nothing has to be reconciled or pretty. If you have run the diagnostic on this site, bring what it gave you.
Is there a charge?
The strategy call is $497 for 75 minutes, taken at booking. It is a working session on your own figures rather than a sales call, and it is scoped and priced as one: an hour of work, fifteen minutes of buffer, and the answers you send ahead read before you get on. The 30 minute implementation call costs nothing to book.
Do I need to have read the book?
No, but the call goes further if you have. CONTROL publishes October 1, 2026, $9.99 ebook, $24.99 paperback, and it is the same 8 steps in the same order.
What if I just have a question?
Email info@runoncfos.com. A question that can be answered in a paragraph does not need a calendar invite.
